Health & Body

First, you’ve gone through my story. Well, a part of it. When it comes to health, I have many more stories, so I know what I’m speaking about. We all have differences, but much of our biomechanical systems work in the same way. I AM NOT a great athlete. Or a gigantic bodybuilder. I am someone who has improved himself, slipped back, and done that cycle many times.

What I’ve learned, are things that help me stick to the path I’m on, and given me much improvement.

When I was at my worst, and where I was August 2025, and where I am today. The pictures that tell the story:

August 2025 — 205 lbs. Diabetes. Size 38 jeans

This week

This week — 157 lbs. No diabetes. Size 34 jeans

Like I said, I’m not Hercules or a male model, but I’m healthy and going the right way. And I have a program I can stick to now.

But my health struggles are much more than about weight loss. That’s just the most obvious problem.

Below, choose which health area that affects you the most. Remember: have FAITH you can make a change. Then, TAKE ACTION to make the changes you need to make. And finally, ENROLL others when necessary to help you make those changes.
